Most of the search results for this issue would just result with the below standard message for this error.
Cause: Fclose library routine returned an error.
Action: Possible internal oracle error.
This could result because of filling up of Directory /ORACLE/
/102_64 - which may have been 100%. Most possible cause for this could be the generation of a core file.. Search for all the directories. with thiis with a ls -ltr and check the latest date when a particular directory may have been created. If there is any receint directory dwelve into it and check out for a core. If there is one that exists check if you may have to preserve it elsewhere , where there is ample space. and If you do not require it you may have to Delete it ( but Choice is completely yours and your responsibility ) Usually Core files being Binary in format , they are not of much use to read, We usually delete them to restore space. There is lot to write about core files and the reasons when they would be generated. But since we only deal with issues and resolutions, We restrict ourselves to the same.
